The pooling shaft is driven by a constant current circuit with a stepping motor, which improves the spooling speed and accuracy. And the use of a microcomputer controller makes data setting easy. The multi-inlet cable head can install up to four different enameled wires at the same time. The wire arrangement is increased from a single head to two to four heads, that is, a maximum of four coils can be wound at a time.
At the same time, multiple wires (up to 4) are used for parallel winding, and a radial compression mechanism is added; the tension of each pay-off reel is independently controlled, so that the winding wires are neatly arranged, the turns are tightly uniform, and the current density distribution is uniform. At the same time, it is equipped with an end insulation unwinding mechanism and a wire tensioning mechanism. The controller can be preset with a variety of parameters, which can complete the winding of the coil at one time.
